PROJECTS

GALLOWSTREE COMMON

Extension

On this project we displayed our flexibility to work without drawings and yet deliver an exceptional build quality. Working with the client, we were able to realise their vision and build this stunning extension to their contemporary home.

KINGWOOD COMMON

Window Renovation

An example of one of our smaller projects. The clients bay windows had suffered badly from years of weathering. We removed all of the rotten sections and replaced them with new timber, avoiding replacing all of the windows to provide a significant cost saving.

PEPPARD COMMON

Renovation & Extension

This build involved remodelling the kitchen, dining and living area of a property in Peppard Common. The work included a new underfloor heating system, a new kitchen, removing structural walls and building a new orangery at the rear of the property.

PEPPARD COMMON

Extension

A single storey extension with a lean-to roof and gable end. With the addition of three steel beams we created a structural opening to extend the ground floor living area. Coupled with bi-fold doors and a new patio w e were able to help connect the living room and garden space.

WATLINGTON

Renovation & Extension

A complete remodelling of the ground floor of this property. The removal of two chimney stacks and several structural walls with the addition of eleven steel beams. A new kitchen, bi-fold doors, WC, flooring and a large oak-framed porch extension with a vaulted ceiling and exposed rafters.

EMMER GREEN

Renovation

A total renovation of the whole of this 1960s property. Two new bathrooms, structural alterations, new flooring, doors, kitchen and underfloor heating installed on the ground floor.

CAVERSHAM

Renovation & Extension

Single storey extensions to the side and rear of this victorian property created a much larger kitchen and living area overlooking the garden. This was coupled with adding a WC and utility room downstairs to increase the functionality of the living space.
